Do you want Shah Rukh Kha's abs, Bipasha Bas's legs, or Priyanka Chopr's arms? Well, to get a hot and sexy body, you have to be eating some healthy good eats! Here is a recipe that is high in protein, full of omega 3, and tastes great. 


Tandoori Marinade

1 cup plain yogurt
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp finely grated ginger 
2 tbsp tandoori spice blend
1 tbsp dried fenugreek, crushed
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp hot pepper flakes or chilli powder 
Salmon cut into fillets 


1. Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, tandoori blend, garlic, ginger, fenugreek, sea salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes until everything is mixed consistently. Add marinade to salmon and cover; refrigerate for 30 mins to 1 hour
2. Preheat oven to 450ºF. Cover parchment paper with olive oil, place salmon skin side down. Bake in centre of oven for about 12-15 mins or until cooked through. Remove from oven and serve over the Kachumber Salad.

Kachumber Salad


3 baby cucumbers, cut (any method you like)
1 medium sized red onion, thinly sliced
Small baby tomatoes,seeded and cubed
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp chopped cilantro,mint
1.5 tsp chaat masala 
¼ Tsp red chilli powder/flakes
Drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste (apx 1/2 tsp)

Combine everything together and mix
